The Tribune-Democrat started the Senior Hoops Showcase a year ago to highlight some of the top senior basketball players in the area.
The event’s second year is this afternoon with a girls game tipoff at 3 p.m. and the boys at 5 p.m. at UPJ’s Sports Center.
The game features the best basketball players from the Greater Johnstown area against the best from outside the city, comprising the Cambria-Somerset team.
It was a great event the first year, and QZ93 Sports was thrilled to be a part of it. This year, QZ93 Sports won’t be there, but you can bet it’s going to be a great time and we wish all the players the best of luck in the game and in their college careers as they head to school this fall.
